FIRE BOLTT CUSTOMER CARE TEAM PLAYING GAME WITH CUSTOMERS MONEY.I AM STUDENT AND I KNOW HOW I DO MY SAVING TO BUY GADEGTS BUT STILL NOT ABLE TO DO ANYTHING ONLY I DO COMPALINS BUT NO ONE IS LISTEN.😓
As i ordered Fire Boltt Watch on Fire boltt website of Rs 3000/-, I receive the watch and i use the watch for 6/7 days then sensor issues is generated in watch and i am not able to check the heart beats,blood pressure,and wirst sensor also not works. So i raise the ticket for replacement of my watch and then replacement is done on 8th of september from my home (Same as deilvery address) and as per the company guidelines they promise to replace the product in 6-7 days but still i not get my watch.
I check the tracking status so it shows that it delivered in Delhi on 12th September but don’t know why they show that status.I raise the ticket for that also but not get help.
I tried to contact customer care number also but they are not responding my any call.
I attach my major mails and tracking statues screenshots please check and help me please.
As i am student so thats my saving money so please help me to get my watch or refund then i will order another watch.

This company is fraud company bcz last two month back I perched one smart watch . Sum display problem that’s I return it still two month completed but still I my refund amount I am not receiveing 1000times I complant by ✉️ and cal but still my refund amount not recving 🙏🙏🙏🙏 my complaint id no 1652963
