Hello team, one day prior to order delivery I contacted Amazon CS Neha on chat and ask to mention delivery instructions to call me only after 5PM but I got call around 3 nd when call back delivery guy mentioned no one intimate him about delivery instructions then I call Amazon CS they mentioned it will be taken care and delivery by 9.30 I tried second time no response, no one called me back with updated and I waited for them. Finally again on chat I contacted cs and she mentioned it will deliver Tomorrow, they wasted my time they should give proper information to customers and issue should be taken care. This is not the first time why they don’t have experience experts in cs instead of only degree holders
