Text of Complaint by Md Rameez:

I recharged my jio number *******226 from yonosbi (linked number *******440) at around 1630 hrs on 17th of January 2021. Till now its been around 6 hours but the balance did not got transfer to my sim, and myjio is also not showing that any recharge has been done. Please look into the issue and do the needful at the earliest.
