Sir/Ma’am,
This complaint is regarding inefficient service of Airtel which is compelling me strongly to decide to get my number ported immediately after the lock down opens up.
My sim no. 9810843551 got corrupted on 14.4.2020. The complaint of which I
got registered in the morning of 15.4.2020. One day delay in registration from my side was because I was thinking it was some network issue that my phone was not working. Request no. being 31-291434622663. Since that day till today the only message I get is: “We regret the inconvenience caused to you. Your previous service request request no. 31- 291…… related to similar issue is still in process. Please be patient while our team is working on it. ” This message I get only when I open up Airtel thanks.
Since then no one has contacted nor are they showing how far my request has progressed. No one can talk to any person of customer care these days which is terribly disgusting. Today is the tenth day. May I know how much more patience should I have? I request
you to get my sim reactivated immediately. In future, I further request you not to test the patience of your loyal customer to the maximum.
