When ever I used to pay the recharge to my number . I selected the plan and I begin to recharge it took to gpay and I paid the amount. But after it has been stored in Airtel wallet and it doesn’t even recharge my number. And even I cannot take the money from my Airtel wallet. One thing why do u prefer customer to pay their recharge through Airtel thanks app and u say 40 % off . Just because of that message I recharged in Airtel thanks app but the amount is got stuck in Airtel wallet I cannot debited it other account or pay to store I am just fead of Airtel service.
