Text of Complaint by Gaurav Daroch:

This was the 3rd time back to back i was returned the product due to issues faced, as this time they send me other model which i have returned and was received in their warehouse on 14 JAN 2024, till now rhe just saying that you product is in billing once it cleared will send you the tracking details if i asked them when they say wait for 4-5 days and we cannot provide you any specific date and they won’t even let me connected to senior executive or higher authority. Now, they are actually mentally harrassing me. I just want the resolution but they keep on irritating me. PLEASE, HELP ME OUT
