Nuego Bus Service,
I am writing to express my strong displeasure with the service provided during my recent booking with your company. Before purchasing the tickets, it was explicitly promised that passengers would be dropped off at the railway station, which was a crucial factor in choosing your service. However, upon boarding the bus, I was informed that the drop-off location had been changed to Lalghati, and no further transportation to the railway station would be provided. This sudden alteration has caused significant inconvenience, and I now risk missing my train due to this unexpected change.
I request an immediate resolution to this matter. I insist on a full refund for the tickets purchased, as the service provided does not align with the terms promised during the booking process. Such a breach of trust and commitment is unacceptable, and I hope your company will take this complaint seriously and provide a swift and satisfactory resolution.
