I have placed an order having id: 4770145643 on 01.04 2023 around 23.31 and shows to reach in 25 approx 25 minutes. My order is initally alloted to one person who was roaming at the same place about 10-13 minutes, in between i was try to contact the customer care over “chat with us” in app but it is a bluder ther no executive will reach you, only prefilled templates shows every time and if you click on “chat with executive” then it is shows “please reach us over email and will be resolve the issue in 72 hrs”. What it means, we were helpless at that time and only see that delivery executive to roaming in same location. Meanwhile, i was try to reach over phone but he was not picked my phone. Afterwards, another partner was alloted and reach the restaurant about 00:21. Afterwards, i got a call from zomato and a lady was asked me Sir ” Restaurant has closed now we will cancel your order, when i was started to say something, she disconnected the phone”. And on the app they shows “the order was cancelled due to rush in the restaurant”. This is the feeling of a helpless man. Unless i got my refund but who compensate my time and harassment for an hour. I requested to take up the matter and penalise the zomato so that the same will not be happen to anyone.
