I have ordered a phone case from an instagram case @thecasejunction
After the payment (₹ 299 – through paytm) i waited for almost a month for my product and did not recieve it.
So i enquired with them , and they told there was an issue and promised to refund.
I waited again for weeks and there was no refund.
So i messaged them again.
Now they are not viewing my message.
