I have placed a Coach Leather bag on 15th Feb 2022 and status of the order changed to packed state on 19th FEB . As per customer care representative, promised dispatch date from their warehouse was 17th Feb 2022 and promised delivery date was 21st Feb. I have raised several complaints with customer care but no one responding correctly. Even after raising a complaint (Complaint ID: COM00032232024), the due date for resolution was 25th Feb 2022 and today is the 25th Feb 2022, but NO resolution. furthermore, they are asking me to wait for additional 2 days and not even cancelling my order. Please help me to get my refund as soon as possible.
