I ordered a maroon floral organza lahanga with embroidered blouse and printed dupatta from vastraqueen.com site. But I received orangish red bad quality satin lahanga with plain blouse and cheap quality plain net dupatta. Now they are not ready to accept their fault saying I received same product. How is it same?
The product received is of bad satin quality whereas the website said it to be organza. This is straightforward cheating.
Why did it say that it was organza
Not forgetting that the dupatta and blouse are plain whereas in the pictures they are designed.
After seeing all this how can one define it being same. Before ordering I had already confirmed that if* I did not like the product it could be returned* then they said that of course I can return easily and get my refund. But now they are lying and not ready to return or exchange.
