i have ordered a mobile and a case and immediately after placing the order my account got blocked and the placed order was canceled !! The order was placed on 12 of jan and I can see that the amount for canceled products is not yet credited to my account !!! As per company policy I can see that the refund must be credited in 3-5 days but it’s already 12 days but not even a rupee has been credited back to my account !!
