Text of Complaint by Shaik Ishaq:

I unknowingly activated and use some 200 approximately amount for recharge in dhani app and forgot about about that ,many months later I got to know about that and paid RS 1000 plus and closed that app,but still my cibil is effected and showing that IVL finance limited had due of 258 rs in it.
