Text of Complaint by Vighneshwar Hegde:

A month back i changed my mobile and from new mobile i logged into my paytm account. However from then onwards i am not able to use balance amount i had in wallet (wallet balance shows zero) and i had paytm fasttag.not able to see fasttag details.I called paytm customer multiple times and registered Ticket ID:32825955484.Also tried to reach Nodalofficer through email and call.But my issue is still not resolved.
