I have booked a hotel from paytm app , yesterday was my check in date. So I have called the hotel owner to ask about the direction for his hotel. When I spoke to him he informed me that we don’t allow ladies and ask to cancel the booking or else they would have would have denied the checking today and also stated that they have instructed the online partner paytm that no ladies is allowed in his hotel. But as I am not blind so if it is written anywhere definitely I would have seen if it would have been mentioned in your app but no such think was written only written that unmarried couples are not allow if you want I can give you the proof I have the screenshot as well as the invoice pdf .There was no mentioning of ladies are not allowed you can check it.so I would like to request you that you should refund my all the amount because it is not my problem ok it is paytm problem that they have not mentioned it and if I would have not called him yesterday and directly would have gone for the checking then today i may landed in more trouble  , I’ve already spoke to your customer care executive but they are only delaying I called them more than 20 times from yesterday so kindly refund my amount because it is not my problem you have not mentioned it anywhere you can check it yourself also that ladies are not allowed is written anywhere or not…..if i call excecutive they saying in dormitory no ladies are allowed so if it so is a unmarried couple are both male..if they can mention this why not they can metion ladies are not allowed .During booking i gave mrs tittle to check whether they accept it or not but they are accepting payment if ladies are not allowed why they are accepting payment when a women makes payment.They are only making fool kindly take action against them
