Not allowed to port out by vodafone

Name of Complainant Bhushani am using vodafone mobile services for quite long, there was few network issues which I was managing .However since lockdown i am facing frequent call drops , got able to connect, network related issues, not able to hear other persons voice etc. Hence first i logged it with Vodafone however it was not attended , finally I decide to opt out and send opt out request on 17 july. It was rejected with payment outstanding . Though bill was already paid , i paid additional 400/- to get ride out this pathetic services. Since then I am trying to generate UPC code but every time getting same error and still is unresolved so I visited vodafone gallery (which is 6 to 7 km away from my house) twice in such pandemic condition which i feel highly risky in such pandemic condition I also logged complaints with customer service through mail and phone many times (4-74835891255 , 4-74396288107, 4-74302418996 etc) However till date it is unresolved and they kept my request hanging. It is realy frustrating and testing my patience. They are making me run here and there and now they keep torturing by sending numerous sms offering the additional services. Still network issues not sorted out and I continue to get embarrassed while doing my office work , meetings, con calls. Help me as I am getting harassed mentally due to such ill treatment and poor service.
