I am Manikandan having a postpaid connection 9751233222 whereas the connection was taken in November 2018 and also activated international roaming. I had requested the company to activate every 28 days since i came here in dubai for job seeking. Every month i paid the bill on time and also in advance.
My international roaming was deactivated on 26th midnight and i called the customer care from morning 27th till midnight. i had spent almost INR 3000 for the same since i am calling from Dubai. Everybody was informing about the new changes in the tarrif but not getting it activated even though i told them i am aware of the changes.
I would request you to refund the charges added to me on 27th day of April 2019 and also activate the international roaming with as per the new tarrif.
Inspite of this even though my INR15000 was there in advance at the time of billing cycle today again i paid INR 2600 for which i dont want the company to deny due to insufficiant of fund.
This is the only mean for all youngsters like me who are coming abroad for job search a way to get connected to home always.
