I have brought an product from amazon Acer Nitro 7 AN715-51 15.6″ Full HD IPS Thin and Light Gaming Notebook(Intel Core i5-9300H processor/8GB Ram/1TB HDD + 256GB SSD/Windows 10 Home 64 bit/4GB of 1650 Graphics), Obsidian Black costs 59,990.00 having order id 406-5044221-7051538 but due to the product was defective I have requested an replacement and for which they agreed and created an replacement order. And they requested me to self send the courier on my own as they were unable to pickup due to corona pandemic. I have done so and send the parcel with dtdc having consignment number D58147527 which was delivered on june 10. Next what they done was very terrible.They simply cancelled my replacement order without any reason and when I contacted the customer service(Shivani is the representative name) they said that they have not received the item and asked me to send proof of delivery.Then I contacted dtdc and they provided me the proof of delivery which I have sent to amazon again. Then the representative acknowledge the proof and said you’ll get your replacement. But still now they have not solved anything and again they are saying parcel not delivered knowingly deleted my conversation with the customer representative and deleted my order,and closed the replacement window.
