I have purchased a dress from Kavya Style plus through whatsapp. After receiving the product, its looking completely different than in the image they have shown. I have paid 1180rs for that dress and now they are saying that its not refundable and can’t take return.

  1. Avoid Kavya Style Plus! I bought a Radhika suit via WhatsApp (prepaid via UPI). Fabric has severe color bleeding even after 20 rinse. Merchant insulted me and ignored video proof. Raised NCH complaint, but no action taken yet. Unfair trade practices—buyer beware!
