I have purchased one tiered skirt from AJIO online vide order number FN5915404284. While purchasing the skirt it was written that it has a 15 days return policy however when I tried to return the product I was unable to do so as it showed that the product is not returnable. I raised a complain and even then it was written there that the product has a 15 days return policy. However they now changed the return policy and mentioned it is not returnable and closed the complain. If the product was not returnable why did the customer care raised a complain at the first place and am I a illiterate that I won’t know of the product is returnable or not.
