i had ordered smartphone from amazon on 19-10-23 on exchange basis for my existing smartphone. i purchased with instacred emi from amazon. due to some delivery boy faults it didnt reach to us. and went back to the seller even after i complaint online and also called several times to amazon delivery service team finally they said it went back to the seller.. i got refund back from instacred emi in 3-4 days so after having issues i again ordered different smartphone on 26-10-23 with same exchage basis and paid full amount by emi instacred from amazon. they promised to deliver next day. now again that same delivery boy number given to me and that boy not able to pick my calls after trying 10-15 times. i raised complaint about delivery boy. Three days regularly it showed out for delivery but still not delivered now they are saying to cancel it..

if i cancer repeated time it dropped my value of old smartphone and as well as on instacred i may not able to get loan. my credit score affeccting and i m facing too much lose due to unavailability of smart phone. got too much mental torture after being a prime member of amazon.
