Text of Complaint by AMIT MISHRA:

I have subscribed to a family plan(649) a month earlier.A benefit of Amazon prime free membership was included for 1 year.But after 1 month it has been deactivated from my account.6-7 times I have talk to customer care(198).Everytime they assuring me that “your interrupted servcice will start once again in 24 Hrs”.But still it is not resolved yet.Can I expect the resolution ASAP?????
