Text of Complaint by Akansha Jain:

I did my Paytm KYC last year (November) and was able to use it without interruption for few months but from past 6 months it says that I won’t be able to receive any money or cashback as the KYC has not been done. I have tried to contact and search for the kyc points nearby but no one is available and I am facing a lot of issues. Kindly help me with the same.
