Today I received a product at 2 pm, and I am not happy with the product, i want to change this product, but the customer executive says for this product there is no refund option available. if the refund option is not available, at least provide me with a different model which is one plus bullet Z2, there is no price difference, if price difference is there i am ready to pay extra amount ,Please refund me the amount or please change the model and replace the product.
