I have placed an order for Dilliwala Paneer Makhani bowl ( VEG ) on Swiggy. Instead of veg I have been given chicken biryani that too with Veg label. This is unacceptable as I am pure vegetarian.
Now swiggy may tell this is issue of NH1 kitchen but swiggy has to be held responsible because I trusted swiggy.
Now who should be held responsible? Eat club or swiggy?
I contacted customer care and they offered me Rs. 182 refund, do you think refund resolved this issue? What about my sentiments?
