I made a hotel booking at Sehnor Angelo Beach Resort at Goa on 24.01.2021 through Paytm App and paid Rs. 2520/- for this booking. When I visited the hotel, the owner of the property denied to give me room and said that they have no room and all the rooms are sold out. It was shock for me, as I was with my family. But somehow I managed to arrange the room at some other hotel.
I raised compliant on 24.01.2021 at 08:08 PM with ticket No. 181613624. Even after chasing this compliant for more than 4 months, no solution has been provided yet. Even I pursued the matter on twitter twice, but no response has been provided as of now. I have put my all efforts to get the issue resolved. Compliants has also been made to Grievance officer also, but no response received as on date. Kindly help me to get my money back.
