pratibha srivastava, writing you to inform you the harassment that your customer service gave.
I have ordered SkyTara Embroidered Semi Stitched Lehenga Choli on 3rd September which got delivered to me on 7 September through your delivery boy but he has not updated the status of my order
I came to know about this when I tried to return my order that my order got cancelled
Instead of delivered
Now after regular follow up and harassment that your 15 customer service gave, and they marked my status to delivered on 21 September, as per your team
Now I was not getting the option of return so I again called them and uploaded the photos on 26 September and again called customer care executive and they assured me that the issue will be resolved soon
Now on 5 October,they closed my complaint and now telling me that my return time is over and breaching the policy
Now tell me where is my fault
Many times,I have raised an issue to get call back from your team, they never take pain
Your 5 customer service executive kept my phone on hold for more than 20 minutes
Everytime they say ki ap call back kre
Am I fool that I narrate this issue to all your customer care executive
Kindly help
