I had booked gas stove blue in colour on Paytm vide order no. 3950357692 on 14th October. Paytm delivered red colour gas stove. I submitted request for return within 7 days. courier pickup didn’t come and cancelled my pick up request. Then I took up the matter with Paytm. Somehow they picked up the product but after then they have not send gas stove till date inspite of my numerous request. Now Paytm is not replying or refund the amount and I am also unable to contact Paytm. Pl assist
