I have bought marq ac from flipkart worth 32999 on 6 june 2023 and on the same day technician visited and told me its faulty and raise a replacement and i did it in the same day. After even multiple tech visit the jeeves side not letting the replacement complete and flipkart given me 6-8 deadline that they will resolve my issue and complete replacemen by those dates but they did’nt complete by their deadlines and product have 10 days replacement policy and its already 14 days but they are not giving any compensation /refund or even complete their replacement i calll them everyday and ask about my complaint status and what they did on their part but they respond with nothing and gave me another date , its getting frustrated and feels like mental trauma since they give date and commitment to resolve and then failed to do it and its already been 8 or 9 time they given me date and not doing anything if the commitment or date they give is it a joke ? since its keep on breaching same about the 10 day replacement policy if its breached then they should be liable for it and do some action but rather they not even agreeing on their policy to register complaint on this
please help
