Hi,
I am Rishabh Chaturvedi and writing this mail to bring to your knowledge that I had a loan from ZIP facility provided from Mobikwik and have made the payment of the same but the same still reflects in my credit report.
I have raised dispute on CIBIL and they connected with Transactree but the payment status has been denied from your side and they refused to update my status and thus my credit score is suffering and so are my immediate credit needs. I had taken only one loan and still there are two loans with the same account number present in my CIBIL and Experian report.

Apart from raising the issue on Mobikwik and Transactree lend box online support platforms I am not getting any reply for the same.

My account id is 4169669U and I made two payments against the same one of Rs 5211.02 on 3rd of January and one of Rs 554.41 on 11th of December.

I am attaching all the screenshots of payments I made towards the loan and also my Experian and CIBIL score which shows this in my report.

I have raised this dispute twice on CIBIL and the same was rejected twice from their side which has caused a considerable mental strain and a roadblock to my immediate and long term credit needs and financial plannings.
