I recharged my mobile number 8860657441 on 29 june 2019 through airtel thanks app and payment of ₹399 done by internet banking. But after the deduction of amount from my account, the transaction got failed.
The message I got is as follows:
Your airtel mobile 8860657441 online recharge txn ID 190629547421 of Rs 399.0 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference.
But I didn’t got my money refunded till now on 23rd july 2019
Several times I contacted airtel customer care.. but my problem didn’t got solved till date
Kindly help me to get refund of my money
