Sir/Madam
W.r.t to subject cited above i would like to inform you that i had booked four flight tickets of Go-Air using Paytm with booking id 11449725368 but that flight was cancelled by the airline itself due to technical problem and as per my last conversation with Go-Air i decided to cancel my flight with refund of whole amount; Go-air has returned the full amount of 10639.00 to Paytm on 22.08.2020 with reference no 94216346 which is supposed to be refunded to me from Paytm.
But Paytm is not paying me the whole amount even after 115 days of receiving the fund from airline? And according to Paytm Customer Care personnel Go-Air has not returned that amount to Paytm.Till now Paytm has refunded me a small portion of Rs. 3022/- . And it is also a matter of suspense how Paytm managed to refund me that amount of 3022/- if they have not received the amount from Go-Air?
I have made several contacts to Paytm in this regard; everytime i make a call they use to reply me that my refund is under process and refund would made within 24 hours of receiving the money from the Airline.
