I,
Shantadip Bhowmik, one of the valued customer of the Railways and a frequent traveller, wanted to complain about non-refunding of the cancelled tickets. The details of the tickets are as follows:-

These tickets were booked by an agent who bears the agency terminal id INIXB039010038. As per the Customer care, the tickets are properly cancelled on 17th May 2020 and the money has been refunded but I didn’t get the refund. The agent has not yet refunded my money. According to him he also had mailed the Railway Authorities (Mail Ref. no.@ MQ310520202155301) but with no effect.
I had also mailed to care@irctc.co.in and received a Ticket Id:-7071859 but with no solutions.
Indian Railways is a reputable organization and I don’t expect this kind of harassment from your side. I hope you would understand the situation. I hope that the information given from my side would be acceptable and suffice. It would also help to expedite the matters.
