Text of Complaint by Chandan Singh:

  1. This is regarding no refund and no replacement by KendalWood Furniture for Sheesham Wood Dining Table Set with 4 Chairs (Warm Chestnut Finish) ordered on Amazon.in having Order ID: 403-0415914-8817108, which got delivered with different colored table and a set of 4 chairs.
  2. We opted for no return in order to avoid the hassle in repackaging and sending it back. Subsequently, three chairs were found to have multiple and huge cracks along the nails that became quite prominent after sitting on those chairs due to the pressure it was subjected to. Those were concealed under the dark varnish and weren’t visible during the early period post delivery of the product.
  3. Even after repeated requests made to seller and Amazon, no resolution has been made in this case and expiry of the a meagre 10 days of allowable return period is reasoned for non return or non replacement of the product.
  4. This shows complete lack of concern and poor customer service at the seller’s end.
  5. I,thus demand for an early resolution into the matter at the earliest.
