I placed an order and cancelled, the payment is made from credit card. After 40 days credit card bill is generated and it is noticed that the amount was not refunded. After multiple calls to customer care the amount was refunded, but credit card has levied interest , CC charges and GST. HOwever Amazon replied they didnot refund charges. But due to delay in refund i have to pay all charges
