Done booking for Bikaner House – Kedarnath. The payment was done through Trip Clues. com.
Payment details attached.
Due to Nation wise lockdown the trip was cancelled. Now Trip clues is not ready to refund the money. tried many times to contact , their employees are saying it is not possible to refund the money, rather asking us to take a voucher. The amount is with them for more than 7 months now.
Need to take strict action against these fraud company. Please suggest how to get back my money. The booking was made with the name of Neha Saha.
