: I did a transaction of Rs.3720/- using my SCB Card ending with 4652 on 28th Dec via PayTM and the payment was to Videocon D2H. it was done by mistake and I had requested for a refund which was confirmed by the merchant Videocon D2H that on 02 Jan 2019 the amount was refunded to the original payment method. So, I should have received the credit in my card. But, still now I am being tossed away back and forth. After a long battle PayTM confirmd they have initiated the credit on 11th June and still not got the refund and those irresponsible idiots are only available in chat.
