The complaint is regarding the salary not received for 1 month and full and final settlement not done even after 6 months of leaving the job. My Dec 2018 salary was without by the Employer as they were short of funds and when i resigned and got relived in Jan 2019, they have not paid the Dec Salary and the days of Jan that i served in the organization. They mentioned that full and final settlement would be done after 45 days, but still after 6 months have passed the Full and Final settlement is not done also they have stopped responding to any of my mails that i send to them for the Full and Final Settlement
