A return pickup was done, but it wasn’t updated in the system, after multiple follow-ups with the Amazon customer support over 3 weeks, they have not been able to resolve the issue.
they have not even provided a complaint number to follow up on. i have raised this issue to chat support, phone support as well as email support, but to no success.
I would not want to waste any more time going back and forth with their customer support, so raising it on the consumer forum
