I had purchased one lavie women’s bag from Amazon of Rs. 1596/-, and received the item in different colour. So I returned the item and the pickup boy taken the item after verification but no refund issued for the returned item. I contacted amazon customer service many times for the issue, and I know that they received different item which I had returned. So they said they are unable to issue refund of replacement for the same. If pickup boy changed the item, then who will be responsible for that. I paid the money but nither I got refunded nor received the item.
In this regard I request for the refund or replacement the item.
I also contacted to amazon via mail to amazonpay-escalation@amazonpay.in, amazonpay-grievance-officer@amazonpay.in and amazonpay-nodal-officer@amazonpay.in for the issue, but they didn’t resolve the issue till now.
