I have placed an order on PayTM for HT subscription. Order no. 18441532368. Immediately after receiving the voucher i came to know that it is for E-Paper whereas i was looking for print copy subscription. I had also received couple of reminder SMS from PayTM for renewal of print copy subscription. I immediately tried to raise this on App but it replied back stating that it cannot be cancelled. Hence i have written them care@paytm.ca on 1st July but there is no response so far.
