I had ordered one product which was delivered to me on 8th Sept and it was cash on delivery. I had paid cash to delivery agent Deepak but product was not as decribed on website rather something else was sent to me, so I had registered for return request and product was pickedup by amazon delivery agent. When I asked for refund amazon is saying they haven’t received any amount and refund cannot be given. They have cheated me and not returning my amount. Order id is – 404-2844850-2686762. I have also given review to that seller and amazon allows reviews only when we have brought the product which is also evidence that I had paid to amazon and taken the product.
