Respected Honorable Sir/Mam.
Consumer Complaint Court.
I’ve issue on my couple of orders purchased on Amazon shopping i.e Louis phillipe jeans and UCB shirt,but when the both product delivered to me,one was of different color of same brand and the another one was trouser of same brand so i placed returned both the products by following Amazon return policy.but till date I didn’t got my refund amount,i want to remind you that the product was purchased in the mobth of December 2020 but after contacting many of times to Amazon team and customer support team i am not getting any help,they always use to say that,you will get your refund within 24-48 hours or in a week etc..again and again.so at last i lost my all hope with Amazon customer support to get my money so,i have last hope with you and request you to help me by performing strict actions against the Amazon shopping team and provide my legal money to me as soon as possible dear Sir/Mam.I’m attaching here my details/status of products.
