I ordered for online supply of some grocery items valued at Rs 573.40 on 02.08.2020 by making online advance payment vide order no.15963363889009717A. The delivery of the items was scheduled on 05.08.2020. But the items were not delivered and I cancelled the order in the afternoon of 05.08.2020. A message was sent that the money would be credited to my account within 7 to 12 days. But till this day of 06.09.2020 even after elapse of more than one month, the money has not been refunded. Call to the phone number on website is not attended by anyone. Several emails have been made to the customer care help group informing the matter with request to refund the money; but there was no fruitful action. Even Mukesh Ambani was informed a few days ago on his private email with a formal application in pdf form requesting his intervention in solving the issue. But there was no result at all. I am a retired government servant.I am concerned about the refund of money.
