Text of Complaint by KUMARESH HALDER:

I ordered for online supply of some grocery items valued at Rs573.40 on 02.08.2020 by making online advance payment to Jio Mart vide order no.15963363889009717A. The delivery of the items was scheduled on 05.08.2020.

But the items were not delivered and I cancelled the order in the afternoon of 05.08.2020. A message was sent that the money would be credited to my account within 7 to 12 days. But till this day of 18.09.2020 even after elapse of about 1 month and 10 days, the money has not been refunded.

Call to the phone number on website of Jio Mart is not attended by anyone. Several emails have been made to the customer care help group informing the matter with request to refund the money; but there was no fruitful action.

Even Mr Mukesh Ambani, the Chairman, was emailed several times informing him of the matter a number of times with a formal application also in pdf form requesting his intervention in solving the issue. But no result at all. I am a retired government servant.

I am helpless in finding any solution to the issue and concerned as well about the refund of money.
