I had made a transaction on Paytm to pay the bill of OYO rooms of amount 1005. Wallet balance was 30 and i had to add 975 more to complete the transaction on continuing with the transaction I was not able complete the transaction because of technical issues but the amount got deducted from the account and bill payment for OYO was also not made. I had to choose another method to complete the transaction.
On Paytm site I checked refund Policy it was mentioned that it would take 15 days for refund. It’s more than 20 days now i was not able to get the refund.
Please process the refund of Rs. 975 as soon as possible.
I have attached a transaction history of my account with this complaint.
