i have booked a flight ticket using Paytm as a wallet from INDIGO AIRLINES on 9th JAN 2021. I have cancelled ticket on 23rd FEB and amount was refunded from Indigo was 10932/- rupees.
However PAYTM just refunded me 3000 odd and kept remaining money with it. i called up their customer service multiple times, every time i was assured i will get my money back but i haven’t yet got it.
i have been charged with interest on my credit card and also there has been dip in my CIBIL scores.
Using PAYTM has caused reputational and financial loss for me.
