This is for your information that I have checked in Mount Conifer Suites &Spa hotel at Darjeeling on 12/04/2023 and paid the room rent for 3 nights through Phone Pe amounting to Rs 12600/-.(@Rs.4200/- per night)
But due to some unavoidable circumstances I have checked out on 13/04/2023 at 10.30 AM. But I have not yet got my refund for the two nights during which I have not occupied the hotel room.
As confirmed by hotel executive, NIRUSHA at the hotel reception, the refund was about to be credited within 7 days. But till now I have not yet received the balance amount. I have also provided the bank account details at the hotel reception.I have also mailed the hotel to know about the refund status several times but they didn’t gave any reply.I also called them several times but everytime they say that they are looking after .Please help me get my refund as I have stayed at hotel for only 1night but they have taken the rent from me for 3 nights.I have also attached the invoice
Kindly treat the matter as priority and refund me back the amount on immediate basis.
