I had cancelled my flight tickets to Maldives which I had booked during the month of February. The travel dates were planned for June 20.
Due to Corona travel restrictions, as flights were not scheduling, I cancelled the the tickets on paytm.
The cancellation status on paytm is still showing ‘cancellation in progress’ since many months and in spite of several mails to paytm they have not clearly indicated when and how my refund will be credited back to me.
The PNR YDZQG is being requested for refund with airlines but no update from paytm as to when this will be resolved
