I have returned this product for a replacement order on 17th July. On 18th July asked the Amazon customer care that I won’t be available to take the delivery, can I get the refund. He said yes I can cancel the order and refund will be credited in my bank account by 20 july. I waited till 20 july no refund credited then again I contact with the customer care, she said refund already issued It will be credited in my ban account by 25th July. She even confirmed my bank account number. But no refund credited then again I contact customer care that on 25th july. They said refund was sent via cheque an It will take 10 days to deliver. I Asked them that I want the refund in my bank account as said since 18th july. So she transferred the call to another associate. He told me that wait for 24 hours to get an update. Then again after 24 hours no response from them. Again on 26th july I asked the customer care about the refund again a call transferred to a different associate, I told him I want refund in my bank account after holding me for few minutes they cut the call. Then again I requested a call, an associate called me I asked for my refund, she said I will be added to my bank account by 24-48 hours. After 48 hours the refund not credited to my bank account. On 28th July again I contact with them they again saying It is a paper cheque. And It will take more days to reach. I asked for the refund in my bank account. They said wait till 17th August then contact. Everytime each agent saying different stories. And I’m not getting my refund.
